Minka Monferno

Minka Mark, With the color scheme (and a few other things) of Monferno from the 4th Pokémon Generation.

So far, this has been my hardest work yet, I'm happy with how it turned out since I've been fighting with myself over what the outcome might've been. I'm happy with the results, and everything, especially some of the moderations, those were the toughest parts.
